Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Billing Engineer. As a Billing Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing billing systems, conducting rate analysis, and handling quantity surveying. Daily activities include creating detailed cost estimations, verifying measurements, analyzing project budget requirements, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate billing and timely submissions.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity surveying
- Proficiency in billing systems and rate analysis methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in construction billing processes is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software tools like AutoCAD or SAP is a plus
- Familiarity with local regulations and standard construction practices
