About the Role
One of our client is looking for an experienced Billing Engineer with a strong background in building repair and rehabilitation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing RA bills, verifying contractor invoices, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate project documentation and site reports. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and excellent working knowledge of Excel and construction billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit RA (Running Account) bills for building repair projects
- Verify and process labour contractor bills and vendor invoices
- Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates for repair works
- Maintain project billing records and documentation
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly site reports
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams for billing inputs
- Track work progress and ensure billing accuracy based on site measurements
- Assist in project cost monitoring and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and company procedures
