Role Description
The Billing Engineer role is a full-time on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting cost and resource rate analyses, managing billing systems, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Day-to-day activities include preparing and verifying invoices, maintaining detailed project cost records, coordinating with project managers, and assisting in quantity surveying tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in preparing BOQs and conducting Quantity Surveying
- Proficient in Billing Systems and Rate Analysis
- Good Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with project management and billing software
- Experience in the interior design and construction industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
