Qualification: • DCE / BE in Civil Engineering
Experience:
• 4 - 8 years of post-contract work experience in billing and related activities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant IS Codes
Job Description:
• Proficiency in Billing, Reconciliation, and Rate Analysis
• Strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions
• Preparing and certifying RA Bills
• Ensuring compliance with AutoCAD drawings and IS Codes
• Collaborating with project teams for accurate billing and documentation
• Ensuring timely submission of all billing documentation
• Managing budget and cost control for ongoing projects
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Desired profile:
• The candidate must have expertise in Billing, Reconciliation, and Rate Analysis
• The ideal candidate should have in-depth expertise in post-contract work, including the preparation of RA Bills and handling reconciliations
• Strong knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
