Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, for the position of Billing Engineer. The primary responsibilities include the preparation and verification of project bills and invoices, conducting cost estimation, performing rate analysis, managing billing systems, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets. The Billing Engineer will also collaborate closely with project teams for quantity surveying and generate detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) as per project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating and verifying Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and related documentation
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate project costs and ensure financial accuracy
- Experience with Billing Systems and their management
- Knowledge of Rate Analysis and construction cost optimization
- Expertise in Quantity Surveying for better planning and execution
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Practical experience in construction billing, cost estimation, and project planning
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and MS Excel is a plus
