We're Hiring | Billing Engineer – MEP Vendor Billing 🚨
📍 Location: Mumbai or Pune
💼 Experience: 3–8 Years
We are looking for a Billing Engineer – MEP Vendor Billing with experience in MEP vendor billing, invoice verification, cost control, and project billing within the Civil & Interiors industry.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Review and verify vendor invoices for MEP materials, services, and subcontracted work.
✅ Cross-check invoices with Purchase Orders (POs), contracts, and delivery documents.
✅ Process vendor bills accurately and within project timelines.
✅ Monitor project costs and identify billing deviations or change orders.
✅ Maintain billing documentation, reports, and audit records.
✅ Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, vendors, and contractors.
✅ Resolve vendor billing queries and ensure smooth payment processing.
Required Qualifications:
✔ Mandatory- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
✔ 2–6 years of experience in MEP Vendor Billing
✔ Experience in vendor billing, invoice processing, and cost control.
✔ Working knowledge of SAP/ERP, MS Excel, and billing software.
✔ Good understanding of MEP systems, BOQs, contracts, and construction billing processes.
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
