Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing Assistant located in Mumbai. The Billing Assistant will be responsible for managing the billing process, generating and processing invoices, coordinating with clients on billing inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role will also involve working closely with the accounting and finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Billing Process and Invoicing practices
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles
- Strong Communication skills for dealing with clients and internal teams
- Keen attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using billing and accounting software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a billing or accounts-related role is advantageous
