🚢 We Are Hiring | Billing Executive – Navi Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. If you have strong expertise in billing, Accounts Receivable, and Tally, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai
💼 Industry Preference: Shipping / Transport / Logistics
💻 Software: Tally (Mandatory – candidate must be currently using Tally)
📅 Experience: Minimum 5 years
🎓 Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and generate accurate customer invoices in Tally
• Manage billing records and documentation
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) including reconciliation and ageing analysis
• Track outstanding payments and follow up for collections
• Post receipts and adjustments in Tally
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams for billing accuracy
• Support monthly closing related to billing and AR

✔ Candidate must be currently working on Tally with strong hands-on experience.
Candidates from Shipping / Transport / Logistics industry will be preferred.
