Billing Analyst
We are hiring a Billing Analyst to join a dynamic Billing Support Team in a fast-paced VMS/MSP environment. This is a fully remote opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy data analysis, reconciliation, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform billing reconciliations between VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline) and ERP systems
- Validate billing data, markups, supplier information, and contract terms
- Generate reports and support audit and billing adjustment activities
- Manage email inquiries, prioritize tasks, and resolve billing issues
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Experience in billing, reconciliation, finance, treasury, or accounting-related functions
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Experience with VMS and/or ERP systems is preferred
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in bank reconciliation, credit analysis, or cash management
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused
