Position Overview: HR & Administrative Support (Part-Time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to support day-to-day HR and administrative functions across our dealership locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and taking ownership of processes that keep operations running smoothly.
This is a part-time position (20–25 hours per week) with flexible scheduling.

Compensation & Benefits
- $17–$20/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and terminations
- Troubleshoot system access and user issues (Dealertrack, OEM platforms, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Assist with benefits coordination and employee support
- Provide general HR administrative support across multiple locations
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of HR documentation
- Support internal communication and follow-up on HR-related tasks
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous office or administrative experience required
- HR experience is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and follow-up
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
