Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bill Clerk located in Munirka,New Delhi. The Bill Clerk will be responsible for managing billing processes, preparing and processing invoices, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and collaborating with the accounting team to ensure timely payment and reconciliation. Additionally, the role requires maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to resolve any billing or invoicing issues, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Billing Process and Invoicing
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting or billing software is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
