Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive who will be responsible for maintaining and creating reports and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with other teams such as development and quality assurance to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Work on database mapping
- Generate reports to provide insights into customer support trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage and escalate issues to higher levels of support or development teams when necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Required Technical Skills:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) Proficiency is a must requirement.
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Excellent knowledge on Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, Data formatting etc.)
- Ability to look at the logs and share the exact error with the tech team.
