7+ years in IT operations, DevOps, cloud engineering, or IAM engineering including 2+ years automating IT processes; hands-on Okta administration and Auth0; AWS and GCP knowledge; Workato or similar iPaaS; Python/Go/Node.js; Terraform/Pulumi; Claude or comparable LLM tools; Cloudflare; Google Workspace; SSO, MFA, SCIM, RBAC, DNS, email authentication; MDM like Iru Kandji or Intune; strong English.
