<li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li>
<li>Great listening ability</li>
<li>High energy people person with a sales focus and experience in a customer satisfaction environment</li>
<li>Available to work a retail schedule</li>
<li>Prior experience using Windows-based computer programs</li>
<li>Basic reading and comprehension skills</li>
<li>Basic numerical reasoning skills</li>
<li>Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner</li>

<li>Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly</li>
<li>Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs</li>
</ul><div>Education and Experience:</div><ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>Previous demonstrated experience in a customer satisfaction environment preferred</li>
<li>Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.</li>
