The ultimate goal is to ensure a fully satisfied positive experience with their purchases and with our organization as a whole.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>We have a great benefits package!<br></strong><br> </div><div>As a Customer Relations Specialist you will: <br><br> </div><ul> <li>Verifies all information related to orders is accurate; identifies and corrects discrepancies.</li> <li>Completes all documentation in an accurate and efficient manner and processes information regarding cash balances, deliveries, sales orders, account balances in compliance within corporate guidelines.</li> <li>Provides customer service support by answering phones, managing counter inquiries, processing payments, solving customer complaints/questions.</li> <li>Completes and processes credit applications, payments and financing paperwork.</li> <li>Communicates with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner.</li> <li>Maintains accurate files and processes in order to maximize productivity.</li> <li>Performs clerical support for store staff as needed.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul><div>Qualities and skills we are looking for:<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication, and listening skills</li> <li>Basic reading and comprehension skills. </li> <li>Basic numerical reasoning skills. </li> <li>Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner. </li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office </li> <li>Excellent organizational skills</li> <li>Outstanding customer service skills</li> </ul><div>Physical Demands:<br><br> </div><ul><li>Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and reach regularly</li></ul><div>Education and Experience:<br><br> </div><ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience</li> <li>Previous clerical experience preferred</li> </ul><div>Position Type<br><br> </div><ul> <li>Full-Time/Regular</li> <li>#BSSALES</li> </ul><div>     </div> </div>
