About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences, improving usability, and ensuring a seamless interaction between users and our digital products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities: Design user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications with a focus on aesthetics and functionality. Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and develop personas to enhance the user experience (UX). Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas. Optimize designs based on usability testing, user feedback, and business objectives. Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of design elements. Maintain design consistency through the use of style guides, design systems, and best practices. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop. Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), usability principles, and interaction design. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and responsive designs. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and effectively communicate design concepts. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with A/B testing, user analytics, or accessibility design. Knowledge of front-end frameworks and how designs translate into code.
