Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai and Bangalore for a Big Data Developer specializing in Cloudera, Hadoop, and Hive. The primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining big data systems, executing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines, and working on data warehousing solutions. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data sources, optimize data workflows, and ensure the scalability, availability, and performance of the big data infrastructure.
Profile Requirements
- 4-8 Years of experience in Big Data technologies, such as Cloudera, Hadoop, and Hive
- Proficiency in Data Engineering and Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes
- Experience in Data Warehousing, including the design and development of data storage and retrieval systems
- Proven expertise in Software Development with a focus on data-driven solutions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with additional big data platforms and tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of cloud-based big data solutions is a plus
