Job Description

  • Proactively generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, and targeted follow ups to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Build a strong sales pipeline by identifying new prospects, reactivating dormant accounts, and upselling complementary parts.
  • Prepare quotes and close deals efficiently to maximize conversion rates.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer buying behaviors to optimize sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain long term relationships with key customers, commercial team, and service partners.
  • Provide fast, accurate support to strengthen customer loyalty and increase repeat business.
  • Conduct periodic account reviews to identify opportunities for growth and cross selling.
  • Build consultative selling skills by understanding machinery applications and recommending the right parts to reduce customer downtime.
  • Maintain knowledge on machinery models, part assemblies, product life cycles, and updates from suppliers
  • Interpret Bill of Material (BOM) and parts manuals to guide customers efficiently.
  • Work closely with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely fulfillment and availability of high demand parts.
  • Monitor stock levels, anticipate demand patterns, and support purchasing decisions to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in systems.
  • Provide periodic sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates to management.
  • Assist in developing promotional campaigns, product bundles, and targeted sales initiatives
