Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Bidding Manager to manage the end-to-end bidding process for MEP design consultancy projects. The role involves identifying tender opportunities, preparing techno-commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of competitive bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Good understanding of MEP consultancy scope and deliverables.
- Excellent understanding of tender documents, RFPs, and RFQs relevant to MEP consultancy services.
- Preparation and submission of pre-qualification documents.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to client queries during the bidding stage.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with the client requirements.
- Coordinate with MEP design teams to obtain technical inputs and scope understanding.
- Develop consultancy fee proposals and cost estimates based on project scope and under guidance of Business line leader.
- Preparation & modifications of CVs as per requirements.
- Coordination and providing support to regional offices in bidding documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of bids on tender portals or through physical submissions.
- Maintain records of submitted bids and track proposal outcomes.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline however preference will be given to Mechanical / Electrical Engineering graduates.
- 5–8 years of experience in bidding, proposal preparation preferably in MEP design or engineering consultancy or any related services in the construction industry.
- Must be proficiency in MS Office and tender documentation.
