💡Role:
We are looking for an experienced Bidding Manager with strong expertise in handling Government Tenders, GeM Portal, & E-Procurement platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end bid management, ensuring compliance & driving successful bid submissions.⚡
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage end-to-end bidding process for government tenders (Central & State)
🛒 Handle GeM Portal operations including bid participation, catalog management & order processing
🔍 Identify relevant tenders from e-procurement portals and other sources
📄 Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria & prepare documentation accordingly
🤝 Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Technical) for bid submissions
📝 Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals within deadlines
⚖️ Ensure compliance with all tender requirements, policies & legal guidelines
📊 Track bid status, follow-ups & maintain MIS/reporting of all bids
🏛️ Maintain strong relationships with government departments & stakeholders
📢 Stay updated with changes in government procurement policies & platforms
🛠️ Required Skills:
🛒 Hands-on experience with GeM Portal & E-Tendering platforms
📘 Strong knowledge of Government procurement processes & documentation
📊 Excellent analytical and proposal-writing skills
💰 Good understanding of pricing strategies & commercial evaluation
💻 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
📅 5+ years of experience in government bidding/tendering
🏆 Proven track record of successful bid submissions
