Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Bid and Proposal Engineer. The individual will be responsible for preparing detailed and competitive proposals for potential projects. Key tasks include proposal writing, analyzing project requirements, collaborating with other teams to gather necessary information, and participating in the bidding process. Additionally, responsibilities may include maintaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of proposal processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing, with attention to detail in creating comprehensive and competitive bids
- Knowledge and experience in Electrical Engineering, particularly in relation to project specifications and requirements
- Solid understanding of Sales processes and techniques, with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to clients
- Expertise in Procurement practices, vendor selection, and cost estimation
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; experience in a bidding or project management environment is a plus
