About The Opportunity
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and craft professional bid proposals aligned with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive research to gather information and understand client needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of proposals.
- Manage multiple bid deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date bid library and proposal templates for future reference.
- Assist in reviewing feedback on bids for continuous improvement of proposal quality.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proposal writing and bid management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management tools
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously
- Preferred
- Experience with government or large corporate tenders
- Knowledge of industry-specific procurement processes
