Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Bidder to generate business opportunities through online platforms and client outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, submitting proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients across digital marketing, web, mobile, and CMS projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
- Analyse client requirements and prepare customized proposals for:
- Website development (WordPress, Shopify, custom builds)
- Mobile app development (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
- CMS-based solutions
- Digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing)
- Communicate with clients to understand project scope, timelines, and budgets
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track bidding performance
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate project estimation
- Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in bidding or business development in IT services
- Strong understanding of:
- Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms)
- Mobile app development lifecycle
- Digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, SMM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to write compelling proposals and cover letters
- Familiarity with bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, fiver etc.)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
