ROLE DESCRIPTOIN
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid Specialist, based in Mumbai, for national and international projects. The Bid Specialist will handle bid processes, oversee tender management, prepare bid proposals, and ensure timely submission of documents. The role also involves creating compelling proposals, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the bidding process.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong skills in Bid Processes, Tender Management, and Bid Preparation
- Proficiency in Proposal Writing with attention to detail
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with stakeholders and clients effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team setting
- Familiarity with relevant tools and software used in tender and bid management
- Experience in the Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, or related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
3-5 Years min of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure require
Contracts experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, Dredging, marine, EPC works.
Hands on experience of handling contracts and/or purchase.

Working hours - 10am-7pm and 6 days Working (weekly Off on Sunday)
