Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bid Manager at our Bengaluru South office. The Bid Manager will oversee the end-to-end bid management process, ensuring timely and high-quality proposals for prospective clients. Key responsibilities include analyzing RFPs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing compelling bid responses, managing proposal submissions, and maintaining a repository of reusable content. The role also involves identifying and mitigating potential risks during the bid process and ensuring compliance with all mandatory requirements and internal standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bid writing, technical documentation, and proposal development
- Strong project management, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Good understanding of client needs, technical requirements, and market dynamics
- Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with relevant software tools, workflow applications, and content management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees are advantageous
- Industry experience in sectors like AI, IT, or enterprise solution services preferred
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with a results-driven mindset
