Position Summary
We are looking for a Bid Manager to drive end-to-end RFX and proposal management for Business Process Services opportunities. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing bid governance, ensuring quality submissions, and delivering proposals within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete RFX lifecycle and bid deliverables.
- Prepare and present Deal Briefs.
- Align SPOCs and create RASCI ownership matrices.
- Coordinate with solution teams for timely and quality responses.
- Collaborate with BPS teams, Industry Units, Geo teams, and leadership.
- Facilitate solution and commercial reviews.
- Manage SharePoint, cadence meetings, and MOM documentation.
- Create reusable/custom proposal templates.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels (CSI).
- Manage client visits and stakeholder interactions end-to-end.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience, preferably in BPS/BPO.
- Strong understanding of F&A, HR, Supply Chain, and Procurement functions.
- Knowledge of industry verticals and business processes.
- Strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with a results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
