Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bid & Design Executive located in New Delhi. The Bid & Design Executive will be responsible for preparing project bids, developing design proposals, creating visuals, and collaborating with internal teams to align projects with clients’ branding and functional requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing design projects, producing graphic assets, coordinating client presentations, and maintaining an understanding of industry trends to ensure creative and effective solutions.
Qualifications
· Create layouts, renders, and typical configurations as per project needs.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for pricing, custom products, and delivery timelines.
· Maintain and archive project drawings and documentation.
· Develop project case studies and client presentations (PowerPoint, Ceros, InDesign, etc. )
· Ensure all submissions are accurate and delivered on time.
· Support e-bidding processes and sales enablement tools like mood boards, PlayBooks, etc.
