· Electrical quantity takes off Preparation of BOM.
· Costing/pricing
· Maintain ITB tracker (sent out Invitation to bid various vendors based on trades involved)
· Identify potential vendors for the job.
· Preparation of change orders based on scope changes
· Value engineer pricing.
· Identify the exclusion and inclusion based on the constraints in the drawings and add to proposal(Qualifications)
· Proposal writing
· Receive, review, and analyze incoming RFPs to determine requirements, deadlines, and scope of work.
· Coordinate bid kickoff meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss bid requirements, timelines, and responsibilities
· Develop and maintain a bid schedule/calendar to ensure timely completion of all bid-related tasks and submissions.
· Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to gather necessary information and resources for bid preparation
· Prepare and assemble all required bid documents, including proposals, pricing, technical specifications, and other supporting materials
· Ensure that bid submissions are compliant with client specifications and adhere to all necessary regulations and standards.
· Manage communication with clients and external partners throughout the bid process, including responding to inquiries and clarifications.
· Maintain a centralized database of bid-related documents, templates, and historical data for future reference.
· Monitor and track bid outcomes, including win/loss ratios, to identify areas for improvement and optimize future bid strategies.
· Production and delivery of compliant professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
· Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders
· Champion collaboration tools, document management and version control best practices.
· Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards.
· Provide advice on flow, language and grammar to content owners.
· Consolidate sections and/or documents developed by others team members into the required tender format.
· Ensure the maintenance, accessibility, and backup of master document sets.
· Maintain Bid tracker.
