Location: Ekkatudhangal, Chennai
Eligibility
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Commerce or related field
2+ years experience in bid coordination, sales support or hospitality operations
Food service, catering, hotel or hospitality background preferred
Role Summary
Support preparation, coordination & submission of bids, tenders and proposals for food & hospitality clients working closely with sales, operations, procurement and finance teams
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare bid documents — RFQ, RFP, tenders & commercial proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documents & operational inputs
- Track bid deadlines & ensure timely, compliant submissions
- Prepare costing sheets, presentations & proposal formats
- Maintain bid records, company credentials & client reference database
- Support market research & competitor analysis
- Liaise with vendors & internal stakeholders for documentation. -
