Job description
We are looking for dedicated individuals with experience in Bidding and tender Management for Utech Products, Inc. Employee will be on the payroll of Endosoft. Endosoft Private Ltd. is a division of Utech Products, Inc
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the bidding process by assessing all bidding opportunities, responding to qualified opportunities.
- Analyze bid requirements, evaluate risks, and provide input on bid strategies.
- Build information on the competition, competitive products and strategic threats through regular monitoring on submitted tender proposals and quotations.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure all bid submissions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Supplier Identification Reputed brands globally and regional / local alternates
- Identify and utilize upselling and cross selling opportunities.
- Contribute to growing revenue by actively identifying new opportunities.
- Helping customers, answering technical questions and managing customer trial through e-mail and phone.
- Analyze cost data, pricing structures, and profit margins to ensure bids are both competitive and profitable. Make recommendations for adjustments to pricing as needed.
- Generate monthly reports on the status of all received and submitted Bid proposals, Orders and Quotations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Knowledge on RFP, RFQ would be an added advantage.
- Strong inside Sales and Customer service experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Bid Management
- Knowledge of Inside sales and customer support Laboratory, Scientific and Medical Equipment and Supplies.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Willing to work in US Timings (6 PM to 2:30 AM IST)
