About the Role
We are looking for a BI & Analytics Executive who can support the Campaign Management team with reporting, campaign analysis, data visualization, and actionable insights. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and helping teams make data-driven decisions in digital advertising campaigns.
The candidate will work closely with campaign managers, ad ops, and media buying teams to improve campaign performance through analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist campaign managers with daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reporting
- Analyze campaign performance data across platforms and identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar BI tools
- Track KPIs such as impressions, CTR, CPM, CPC, installs, conversions, ROAS, etc.
- Support data validation and ensure accuracy of reporting
- Prepare client-ready insights and performance summaries
- Coordinate with Ad Ops and Media Buying teams for campaign data requirements
- Generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency
- Maintain campaign trackers and reporting databases
- Assist in automation of repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data cleaning)
- Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics and campaign reporting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is a plus
- Basic SQL knowledge is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and presentation skills
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Applications, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience in analytics, reporting, MIS, or digital marketing analytics
- Freshers with strong analytical skills can also apply

- Interest in AdTech, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Analytics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights
