Job Description
- OPD & In patient management. History taking.
- Patient interaction and coordination.
- Open for night duty as well.
- Hospital record keeping and documentation.
- Confidently handle Patient queries.
- Post op monitoring, IV drug reaction monitoring.
- Review of Patient reports & ultrasound scans.
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medication usage, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and clinical documentation.
- Follow applicable professional, ethical, patient-safety, and healthcare regulations.
