Closure Manager Key Responsibilities :-
**Case Review & Closure**
1. Review investigation reports and supporting documents before final closure.
2. Evaluate the quality, accuracy, and completeness of investigation findings.
3. Verify whether the available evidence supports the investigation conclusion.
4. Identify missing, contradictory, or insufficient evidence and coordinate for rectification.
5. Ensure appropriate classification of cases such as genuine, suspicious, or fraudulent based on available evidence.
6. Review high-value and sensitive cases before closure.
7. prepare closure report in prescribed format by Insurance Company
