Graphic Designer **Graphic Designer** * BHIVE Workspace * Bengaluru Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually captivating assets tailored to our brand’s needs, including YouTube thumbnails, Instagram Reel covers, posters, and various social media graphics. This role requires a deep understanding of brand guidelines, a knack for innovative design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. **Key Responsibility** : Design visually captivating assets customized to the brand’s needs (YouTube Thumbnail, Instagram Reel Covers, Posters, and platform-specific Social Media graphics). Collaborate on design initiatives by offering innovative ideas and adhering to brand guidelines for seamless brand representation. Collaborating with other stakeholders and understanding the requirement and meeting deadlines Hands on experience of Adobe Creative Suit ( Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) to craft designs that resonate with the target audience. Stay updated about design trends, integrating them seamlessly into projects while fostering effective teamwork. **Qualification** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. * **Experience:** 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating engaging visual content for digital platforms Preferably Real Estate Background. * **Skills:** * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). * Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout. * Experience with platform-specific design requirements for social media, including dimensions and best practices. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. **1.
