In This Role You Will:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents’ health status
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop effective care plans
  • Coordinate and oversee resident care and services within the nursing department
  • Provide health education and support to residents and families
  • Promote independence, dignity, respect, and resident safety
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff and team members

 

Shift Details: PRN

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • CPR and other relevant certifications as required
  • Knowledge of geriatric nursing principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare environments
