UX/UI Designer

Our business units and companies specialize in media management and performance advertising, research and development of advanced e-commerce solutions, and just-in-time and made-to-order clothing production. We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF User Research: Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and motivations. Use tools like surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather data. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test user interfaces. Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design software. Interaction Design (IxD): Define the user’s interaction flow with the interface, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user journey. Visual Design: Create layouts, typography, color palettes, icons, and visual components that ensure a consistent and engaging experience for users. Usability Testing: Test design solutions with real users to identify potential usability issues and quickly iterate on feedback received. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and aligned with product goals. Design System Maintenance: Maintain and update the design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency across different products and platforms. Accessibility: Ensure designs are inclusive and accessible, adhering to web accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and designing for a wide range of users. WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in an intermediate-level role. Solid portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of both UI and UX principles. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking regarding user needs and design solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
