Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure we have access to top candidates at all times
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes
