Age- 30 years) Associate Executive (Quality Assurance) 32 years Secretary BPCL 32 years BPCL Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria Junior Executive (Engineering) Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (3-year course) in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Civil / Chemical Engineering from a recognized University. Minimum 60% aggregate percentage (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Eligible Core Disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical (including Electrical & Electronics), Instrumentation (including Instrumentation & Control, Instrumentation & Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation), Electronics, Civil, Chemical. No allied disciplines are allowed. Work Experience (as on 01.05.2025): Minimum 5 years of continuous post-qualification relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role. Experience must be in specific roles within Petroleum Oil & Gas organizations, Petrochemical/manufacturing plants, fertilizer organizations, or capital goods manufacturing organizations within India. (Refer to the official notification for detailed experience requirements). The candidate must currently be employed in a managerial/supervisory role in the specified industries. A gap of up to 3 months in work experience is permissible.
