Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Facebook ads for e-commerce brands
- Experience in handling budgets over ₹50,000/day per account for a single brand
- Crisp and eloquent writing with strong hold in English language
- Strong analytical skills and understands the metrics
- Understand human psychology and can empathize with the customer journey
- Value customer understanding more than trends or new features
- Experience with Google ads is a bonus
Responsibility
- You will be managing ads and executing new strategies for brands day-in and day-out
- Develop strategies to increase sales for brands via ads, while optimizing the whole funnel, not just limited to ads and creatives
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand customers
- Provide inputs to creative strategist on ads, trends, new strategies and plan
- Analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance
- Coordinate with Creative Strategist to convey the performance of creatives
- Coordinate with designer to get creatives made
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports compilation with qualitative analysis on the same
Outcome expected
- Clear communication with clients on all things performance and new developments with updates at each milestone
- Clear communication with designer and creative strategist on design and performance of creatives respectively
- The only metric you are expected to meet every month-end is "On how many brands did we achieve the targets we set out to achieve?

- This job requires spending hours on looking at numbers and crunching data to generate valuable insight to rework on strategy if required
