General Manager (Operations)

General Manager (Operations) in the pay scale of Rs. 100000-260000 on Regular Basis. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Electrical/Mechanical) from a recognized University/Institute. Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in power plant operation and maintenance. Upper age limit: 50 years. Job Responsibility: Responsible for overall operations and maintenance of the power plant. Should have hands on experience in coal and gas based power plant operation & maintenance. Should have experience in planning, monitoring and executing projects within the stipulated time and cost. Should be able to take decisions, resolve problems, manage and lead the team effectively. Required Skills: Good knowledge of power plant operation & maintenance, project management, team management and good communication skills.
