HCL Software is hiring a BFSM (BigFix Service Management) Consultant with strong Customer Service Management (CSM) experience, including CSM platform migration expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end BFSM implementations across ITSM & CSM
- Design workflows for incident, request, and customer case management
- Drive customer onboarding, configuration, and adoption
- Execute or support CSM migrations (tool-to-tool transitions) ensuring minimal disruption
- Build integrations & eBondings with CRM/ERP/IT systems
- Enable customer portals, self-service, and omnichannel support
- Conduct training, documentation, and post-go-live support
Key Skills
- 8–10 yrs experience in ITSM & Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Proven experience in migrating CSM solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, Salesforce → new platforms)
- Hands-on with BFSM / ServiceNow / BMC / similar tools
- Strong knowledge of case management, customer workflows, and CX improvements
- Experience in API integrations, data migration, and automation
- ITIL certified (preferred)
- Excellent consulting & stakeholder management skills
