Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a BFSI Trainer located in Chennai. The BFSI Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, designing and updating course materials, and preparing candidates for careers in the BFSI sector. The role includes mentoring and evaluating trainees, ensuring they gain proficiency in relevant skill sets. Trainers will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance training tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in BFSI domain and BFSI training.
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- In-depth knowledge of the BFSI industry, including banking operations, regulatory frameworks, and financial products
- Proficiency in delivering training programs and designing relevant course materials
- Experience in mentoring, evaluating, and motivating trainees
- Ability to adapt training approaches based on trainee needs and industry standards
- Preferred qualifications include a background in finance, banking, or insurance, along with a relevant bachelor's or postgraduate degree
