Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BFSI Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BFSI hiring, stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, and end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media
- Screen and shortlist relevant profiles based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and pipeline management
- Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines
- Ensure quality hiring and proper documentation process
- Work closely with internal stakeholders for workforce planning
Required Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in BFSI recruitment
- Strong understanding of Banking, Financial Services & Insurance hiring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing, and bulk hiring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners or candidates with max 15 days notice preferred
