Summary:
We are looking for a BFS Functional Expert with strong experience in Retirement Products and Investment Management domain to support strategic retirement and wealth management initiatives. The candidate should possess deep functional knowledge in retirement planning products and long-term investment solutions within the financial services industry.
As part of FY’26 planning, we are looking for a BFS Functional SME with strong expertise in Annuities, Retirement Products, and Investment Management to engage with clients and support strategic growth initiatives. The candidate will play a key role in client discussions, solutioning, transformation programs, and expanding our footprint within the Retirement Services domain
- Engage with clients to understand business challenges and strategic objectives
- Provide functional expertise in Annuities, Retirement Products, and Investment Management
- Support solution design and transformation initiatives across retirement ecosystems
- Participate in RFP responses, client workshops, and roadmap discussions
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to define scalable IT solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional and technology solutions
- Support modernization and integration initiatives for retirement and investment platforms
Required Skills
- Strong BFS / Financial Services domain expertise
- Deep knowledge of:
- Annuities
- Retirement Products
- Investment Management
- Wealth & Retirement Services
- Familiarity with integration of annuity products into retirement ecosystems
- Experience in solution design and business transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills
- Exposure to RFP preparation and client presentations
- Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
- Understanding of digital transformation and platform modernization programs
Preferred Experience
Exposure to retirement servicing platforms and investment operations
- Prior experience supporting consulting or strategic transformation engagements
Experience
- 15+ years of relevant BFS domain experience
- Strong experience in Retirement & Investment Management engagements preferred
