</div><div>BFO Management is seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent to support the leasing and marketing of a growing portfolio of retail, office, industrial, and executive suite properties throughout South Florida and other key markets.<br><br>
</div><div>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys deal-making, networking, and prospecting, and understands the importance of aggressive follow-up, organization, and strong communication.<br><br>
</div><div>The Leasing Agent will work directly with ownership and management to increase occupancy, maximize rental revenue, and strengthen broker and tenant relationships across the portfolio.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><br>
</div><div>Leasing & Deal Management<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Market and lease available commercial spaces across the portfolio</li>
<li>Manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation through lease execution</li>
<li>Conduct property tours and follow-up with prospects</li>
<li>Assist with LOIs, proposals, lease negotiations, and deal coordination</li>
<li>Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects</li>
</ul><div>Broker & Prospect Outreach<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Perform consistent outreach to brokers and prospective tenants</li>
<li>Manage LoopNet, CoStar, website, and direct inquiry leads</li>
<li>Develop relationships with brokerage firms and local market contacts</li>
<li>Maintain detailed follow-up and lead tracking</li>
</ul><div>Marketing & Property Promotion<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams on:<ul>
<li>Property brochures</li>
<li>Social media marketing</li>
<li>Website updates</li>
<li>Email campaigns</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Ensure all property listings remain accurate and professionally presented</li>
</ul><div>Tenant & Internal Coordination<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Coordinate with property management, construction, legal, and ownership teams</li>
<li>Assist with tenant improvement discussions and lease execution process</li>
<li>Ensure smooth transition from signed lease to tenant occupancy</li>
</ul><div>Market Research & Strategy<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competing properties</li>
<li>Provide recommendations regarding pricing, concessions, and marketing strategy</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve occupancy and revenue</li>
</ul><div>Performance Expectations<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>50+ broker/prospect outreach touches per week</li>
<li>5–10 property tours weekly (depending on availability)</li>
<li>All active leads followed up within 24 hours</li>
<li>Daily pipeline updates and reporting</li>
<li>Weekly and monthly leasing activity reporting required</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Commercial real estate leasing experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills</li>
<li>Organized and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple deals and follow-ups simultaneously</li>
<li>Experience with LoopNet, CoStar, CRM systems, or property management software preferred</li>
<li>Self-starter with strong work ethic and accountability</li>
<li>Real Estate License preferred but not required depending on experience</li>
