The BFC Solutions team is excited to meet you to explore a Filter Technician role open near you!  This is a FLEX FILTER TECHNICIAN in the Corpus Christi region with the opportunity to earn a lot of extra money in travel and overtime!  The right candidate will potentially stay overnight two weeks per month and travel to Laredo.

As a BFC Solutions Filter Technician, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers.

Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to stay out of town, overnight four nights every other week
• Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions, subject to monthly review).
• Must live within 40 miles of the designated region.
• Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders.
• Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements.
• Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
• Proven success working independently with remote supervision.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime as required.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Overnight travel required during peak times. Meals and accommodation are paid for by the company. Additional details are to be provided during your interview with the hiring manager.
