<div>We're raising the bar. We're looking for someone who has been there — led complex jobs, managed difficult trades, caught problems before they hit the field, and delivered. This is not an entry-level or mid-level seat. We want a PM who builds the job before it starts and owns it all the way through.</div><div><br></div><div>Our Project Managers are builders, not paper pushers. You'll plan the job before a single crew shows up. That means laying out a real schedule, sequencing trades in the right order, and making sure every crew walks into work that's ready for them. You'll split time between the field and the office. In the field, you're checking work and catching what's next. <br>- Above-market pay reflecting the level of experience we require</div><div><br></div><div><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></div><div><br></div><div>- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout</div><div>
<br>- Develop, own, and actively maintain project schedules across all phases</div><div>
<br>- Sequence and stack trades in the correct order to keep work flowing cleanly</div><div>
<br>- Conduct regular site visits to verify quality, safety, and readiness for the next phase</div><div>
<br>- Review full project plans and understand complete scope before work begins</div><div>
<br>- Lead subcontractor bidding and define clear, accurate scopes of work</div><div>
<br>- Procure materials and manage project resources effectively</div><div>
<br>- Manage project budgets, identify risks, and implement corrective solutions</div><div>
<br>- Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and clients</div><div>
<br>- Facilitate preconstruction meetings and perform site assessments prior to project start</div><div>
<br>- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to clients and stakeholders</div><div>
<br>- Manage and track submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and design coordination</div><div>
<br>- Manage change orders and ensure all scope changes are documented and approved</div><div>
<br>- Review in-house drafting, markups, and construction documentation for accuracy</div><div>
<br>- Compile and deliver complete project closeout packages</div><div>

</div><div><br></div><div>- Deep, hands-on knowledge of commercial construction across multiple trades — you've worked it, not just managed it from a desk</div><div>
<br>- Proven ability to build real schedules and keep them current, with trades stacked in the right order</div><div>
<br>- Experience managing multiple job sites and coordinating diverse stakeholder groups</div><div>
<br>- Strong attention to detail — submittals, scope changes, plan conflicts don't slip past you</div><div>
<br>- Clear, direct communication with crews, clients, and leadership</div><div>
<br>- Comfort operating in both field and office environments</div><div>
