About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us hire the best talent across functions. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills with a keen eye for talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment — from understanding requirements to offer closure.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Prepare and share weekly recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Manage onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
