About The Role

You’ll help build top-of-funnel pipeline for our Australia & New Zealand markets. Expect hands-on work in prospecting, list-building, LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, webinar support, and CRM hygiene - guided by our playbooks and daily coaching.

What You’ll Do

Research target accounts and contacts across ANZ (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data/Analytics; Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing) and enrich data in our CRM.

Execute LinkedIn Connect/InMail workflows and nurture sequences; track replies and book meetings.

Support email campaigns (copy, lists, scheduling), webinars/events (invites, follow-ups), and basic reporting.

Maintain clean CRM data and campaign logs; prepare weekly dashboards.

Collaborate with content & other marketing team members to personalize outreach.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Basic understanding of marketing concepts, lead generation, and digital outreach.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms; bonus if aware of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).

Education

Fresher or final-year student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
