Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer / Tech Lead in .NET Blazor Server to both develop and lead the development and architecture of web applications. You will play a key role in the design, coding, and implementation of applications while also guiding a team of developers to ensure high-quality standards, performance, and efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Lead the design and development of Blazor and .NET Core applications.
• Work in the Eastern Time Zone.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
• Oversee deployment, debugging, and live system troubleshooting.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using Blazor, .NET Core and SQL Server.
• Strong Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Blazor, .NET Core, and C#.
• Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of SQL Server, RESTful APIs, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Leadership: Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
